When may we check in and check out?

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., although exceptions may be made with prior approval. Checkout is by 11 a.m.

How do we pay?

Payment may be made with check, traveler’s checks, cash or credit cards. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations may be confirmed by credit card. A $25 fee is assessed for cancellations made with at least 14 days notice.

For cancellations made less than 14 days but more than seven days in advance, guests will be charged a fee equal to half of the booked stay. For cancellations made with less than seven days notice, guests will be charged for the entire stay.

For stays of a week or longer, a deposit equal to half of the total is required upon making a reservation.

What is included?

The overnight rate includes the room and a full breakfast. Special diets may be accommodated with prior notification. Guests also may use our many miles of trails as well as our swimming pool. No children may use the pool without adult supervision.

When is breakfast served?

We serve a full breakfast from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. with the time determined by each guest. Exceptions may be made with prior notification.
